AUSTRALIA | Queen Victoria Market

Australia-Queen Victoria Market1As mentioned on previous Melbourne post, we weren’t able to make it on Queen Victoria Market’s trading hours on our first visit thus, we headed the next day. Bonus: you, my dearest readers, mean so much to me and I hope I’m being a good blogger now (LOL) as I noted the detailed trading hours of Queen Vic which you may find below.

As we arrived in the market, my eyes glowed to see wide variety of items to take home with me. Lovely stuff such as Kangaroo/Koala stuffed toys, key chains, fridge magnets, AU map clocks were the top of my list.Australia-Queen Victoria Market2Australia-Queen Victoria Market3Australia-Queen Victoria Market4Souvenir shirts are also affordable which you can have for $5 each. I also liked how organized and neat the market was. I can shop here forever!Australia-Queen Victoria Market5Australia-Queen Victoria Market6Australia-Queen Victoria Market7Australia-Queen Victoria Market8Australia-Queen Victoria Market9Australia-Queen Victoria Market10Australia-Queen Victoria Market11My most favorite part of Queen Vic experience was of course eating! Searching about the place before the trip, I happened to see photos of this old donut van located at the peel street side entrance of the market. After hours of endless shopping, I quickly went to Churro Spanish Donuts van to grab some bites and yeah, the taste of the churros was divine! Tip: Enjoy the churros with a caramel dip!  Forgive me for being a bad blogger now as I wasn’t able to take photos of the food. I was starving and devoured the meal the moment it’s handed to me. Haha!Australia-Queen Victoria Market12Australia-Queen Victoria Market13Australia-Queen Victoria Market14Australia-Queen Victoria Market15Overall, Queen Vic is the perfect place in Melbourne (especially for tourists like me) to shop for best buys at reasonable prices, purchase fresh produces and experience a festive day filled with good music and mouth-watering foods!
