ILOCOS | Saud Beach Pagudpud

One of the highlights of our Ilocos trip – seeing and staying in such a gorgeous beach in the heart of Pagudpud! We almost got lost along the way as the road was tricky and signs were confusing but thanked God, we made it. Reaching the place around 5 o’clock in the afternoon, we wasted no time and looked for an accommodation. Most beachfront hotels were fully booked so we’re a bit disheartened, but thanked God (again), Pagudpud Rinnovati Beach Resort welcomed us with open arms.

Aside from its affordable rate (P1000- thanks to off-peak season!), the standard room was beautiful and neat. Next thing we knew, we’re running down to the beach to soak in the cool water and relax our dead tired selves from a looooong day. The golden hour greeted us and the whole view was postcard-perfect. With silhouettes of the windmills and pristine rock formations, everything was breathtaking.

Dinner at Evangeline’s Beach Resort: EVANGELINE’S PLATE (P658).
