Life Lately: Started A New Job + Summer Ganaps Atbp.

Jansell Iris Simbulan - Life LatelyI’m aware of not making time for writing and posting on the blog and social media lately. Not that I’m busy with something else, I’m just loving the spontaneity of things in real life, chill lang lahat – life offline is totally better than our feeds. Ano daw? Haha! Anyway, I have here tons of updates of what I’ve been up to lately.

JOINED CLOUDSTAFF FAMILY LAST MONTH.

Three years with TOA family have marked some of the best moments of my life. Ang dami kong natutunan. Ang dami kong naging kaibigan. Ang dami kong ipinagpapasalamat. 😊 But, I’ve been praying for God’s leading in my work/career since last year. I even wrote it on my 2018 prayer requests and everything took place last March.

I started on a new job at Cloudstaff last month and ready for what God will do next.

BATANGAS ADVENTURE VLOG.

I edit videos using my phone as my Acer netbook can’t do editing works with its specs. Turns out I’m still happy with the outputs – maybe because every vlog is made with love. Naks! Eh parang once a year lang naman ako gumawa ng vlog ah. Haha! Let’s see if I can create more in the future. Plus, your comments/suggestions are highly appreciated.

Watch Batangas Vlog on my YouTube channel and feel free to subscribe. Enjoy!

“EVEN GREATER” SUMMER CAMP 2018.

This is an annual Youth Summer Camp spearheaded by the youth ministry in our Church. The event is intended for teens, high school and college students and yes, I joined the camp and can’t contain my joy as a first time camper here! Full post soon!

FINISHED TWO BOOKS LAST MONTH.

Too Busy Not to Pray by Bill Hybels. One of the best and most helpful books I’ve ever read. It talks about how God wants to draw us closer to Him, to bless us beyond what we can imagine and to move our mountains through the power of prayer.

My Ipon Diary by Chinkee Tan. My favorite wealth coach released a pocket-sized workbook perfect for those who want to take their #ipongoals seriously and stop living paycheck to paycheck. Being financially literate/wise is a significant trait we should all possess. Hindi lang ito applicable sa mga may trabaho, negosyo o kahit sa mga kalalakihan lamang.

The Bible says the wife of noble character considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard (Proverbs 31:16). Meaning, a virtuous woman is practical, careful not to act on impulse and spends money wisely.

NO MAJOR TRIPS AND #BAKASYONGOALS ON THE LIST BUT THIS IS INDEED AN ‘EVEN GREATER SUMMER’ BECAUSE…

…We’re off to Bataan for Kay Jesus Ang Pinas’ Summer Hope Festival this Friday! More details here. Kitakits tayo dun! 😊

…Of my first Aqua Planet experience (for FREE!) on Cloudstaff Team Building Event happening next month!

…We’ll celebrate Mama’s 55th birthday next week!

…Just a month to go before Hillsong United x Young & Free Asia Tour (Manila)! Aaaahhh can’t wait to see you Taya Smith!

…I’m thrilled to save more and work on my financial goals in the next few months (#Adulting talaga), especially now that I don’t have major trips yet to prep and save for.

What have you been up to lately? Any ganap this summer? Share them below! 😊
