SINGAPORE | First Solo Travel (Part III)

Sunflower Garden SingaporeTruly grateful to explore the city and see such amazing spots that are part of my bucket list – all in one day! Though I wasn’t able to visit other attractions (e.g. Haji Lane, Arab Street and Little India), I have nothing to ask for especially with what I had experienced in a few days.

DAY 3.Bugis Street SingaporeI spent most of the day wandering around Bugis Street. It’s one of the most go-to places for souvenir shopping but I think Chinatown offers more variety of keepsakes in cheaper prices.Bugis Street SingaporeBugis Street SingaporeWent back in the city at night to watch Marina Bay Sands’ Spectra, a free-to-public outdoor light and water show displayed at the Event Plaza.Singapore SkylineMarina Bay Sands SingaporeMarina Bay Sands SingaporeThe 15-minute show was spectacular, unfolding a story, with a beautiful symphony of music in the background.Singapore SkylineHelix Bridge SingaporeHelix Bridge.Singapore SkylineI also fell in love with the view of Singapore skyline. Shining, shimmering, splendid!

DAY 4.Changi Airport SingaporeSaying goodbye to a beautiful place is always the hardest part but the best thing we can do is cap off a lovely trip with a grateful heart and pocketful of memories and lessons.

To fill in a few hours before my flight, I walked around Changi Airport, had a light snack and visited Sunflower Garden.Sunflower Garden SingaporeSunflower Garden SingaporeSunflower Garden SingaporeSunflower Garden SingaporeSunflower Garden SingaporeThe flowers were in full bloom and beautiful! Parang gusto kong iuwi. Haha! I just couldn’t believe that even the airport offers so much than good facilities and services.

Singapore, you are amazing!
