So happy and grateful for Fhabs’ 24th birthday celebration as we ticked off another item on our bucket list: Dining at Vikings Luxury Buffet Restaurant. The whole preparation went smooth except on traffic and bus ride nightmare in Manila. Nevertheless, 11th day of October turned out to be one of Fhabs’ awesome birthdays so far.
If there’s one attraction that you shouldn’t be missed at Manila Ocean Park, it would definitely be the Symphony Evening Show. Like the Sea Lion Show, it also follows a schedule and we’re in to 6:30PM slot.
Feeling tired of walking and taking photos on our Manila Ocean Park tour, we found ourselves chilling out and sipping a great cup of New York’s organic coffee at Green Bean Coffee Co. It is situated at Hotel H2O entrance lobby and small space it may have, this coffee shop didn’t disappoint us in terms of its feel-good ambiance and coffee drinks.
Our last daytime stop before the Symphony Evening Show was the Oceanarium. Giant aquariums house wide variety of marine animals, from fishes, rays to eels and seahorses. I loved staring at the large fishes winking at me. Haha.
After a rewarding break at Green Been Coffee & Co., we headed to Jellies Exhibit. Various jellyfish species can be seen and get also amazed by glow in the dark ones. The room is covered by huge mirrors that create an illusion of large aquariums. Just be extra patient in taking photos of dancing sea fairies in a very low light. LOL
