Back to Lindamar By The Sea to officially welcome summer last month! It hasn’t changed a lot since our 2015 trip and the beach view is still lovely and serene. The only difference between our previous trip and this one is the duration of our stay. Tito Pabs (Fhabs’ dad) booked a family room (good for two groups) for our overnight stay at Lindamar and let me share few things about the accommodation before we proceed to the main theme.
The family room was spacious but we encountered a few glitches. The main door and bathroom door lock were broken as well as the kitchen sink and bathroom pipes. So, I guess the accommodation is not well-maintained. ☹ There was no cooking equipment in the kitchen. Cooking is allowed but you have to rent the gas stove (resort’s property) for P500 if you’re not bringing one. We ended up cooking our meals in rice cooker! Haha! Sorry to write about this but I’m just being honest and I hope Lindamar, which (I still believe) is a nice resort, should take the necessary actions to prevent issues like this. I also wish the staff gives the customer all the details prior to booking. Now, let’s move to my favorite part – beach time of course! What made this experience more fun was the fact I brought a floatie (salbabida) for the first time. It made my mermaid dreams come true! Haha! I had all the time floating on the water and staring at the bright sky while contemplating. I also got to brave the deep part of the sea for coral viewing because of my floatie so cheers to that! 😊
Note: Boat Rentals are available at several locations and prices may vary based on the length of rental, no. of pax and your “tawad” skills. We got it at P600 for 30 minutes.
